Designed to make traditional Sicilian-style pizzas, this pan features a hard coat anodized 14-gauge aluminum construction, which resists corrosion to ensure long-lasting use in your establishment. For additional strength and durability, it has a double thick flat rim, and its 76-degree angle allows nesting when empty, helping to save storage space. To easily proof your dough, pair this pan with a compatible lid (sold separately). Our PSTK Finish is easy release, metal utensil safe and will not chip, flake or peel off. All LloydPans that feature our Pre Seasoned Tuff-Kote (PSTK), Silver-Kote, and Dura-Kote are oven safe to 700° when empty. However, the introduction of food brings with it a natural moisture barrier that keeps the surface of the pans cooler and making it possible for them to withstand significantly higher temperatures without any resulting damage. Even wood burning ovens that sustain temperatures of 900° + are not a threat to the integrity of our pans as long as the food that’s being prepared on them is closely monitored so that it isn’t burned.
