Generals and Admirals, Criminals and Crooks: Dishonorable Leadership in the U.S. Military

What will Kentucky Book Festival visitors find on your table?

Me and my books!

Whom do you invite to stop by? Who will benefit from reading your book?

People interested in: American history; Military History; Contemporary Leadership and Ethics.

People with personal experience in the U.S. military and National Defense community.

Could you please tell us something curious about you and/or your book?

Although the book focuses on the misconduct of many senior leaders in the U.S. military, the book has beenendorsed as “required reading” by two dozen retired Admirals and Generals.

Is this your first time participating in the Kentucky Book Festival? If yes – what are you looking forward tothe most? If you’ve participated before – what was your favorite experience at the Festival?

I participated in the KB Festival after the 2019 publication of my book Colin Powell: Imperfect Patriot(University of Notre Dame Press). I enjoyed being at the Horse Park and chatting with fellow book loversand writers.
