Whom do you invite to stop by? Who will benefit from reading your book?

DIY Book Promo is meant to helpmy fellow authors who struggle with marketing. This includes self-published and small press authors, andeven those published by the Big 5 who are shocked at how little the company budgeted to promote theirbooks. Those who enjoy gothic horror will also find copies of my vampire novel.

Could you please tell us something curious about you and/or your book?

I was dumped by a publisher in 2019. As you can imagine, this changed my thinking about writing to fit into a market. When it came topromoting the finished product, I didn’t think outside the box — I threw away the box.

Is this your first time participating in Kentucky Book Festival? If yes – what are you looking forward to themost? If you’ve participated before – what was your favorite experience at the Festival?

Yes. I look forwardto exchanging ideas with my fellow writers about everything from storytelling to marketing.
